Organization profile
NatCap TEEMs was officially established within the Department of Applied Economics in September 2024, with the mission to integrate ecological, climate, and economic data into Earth-Economy models to inform sustainable development decisions. The goals include improving our understanding of the integrated Earth-economy system, providing tools for sustainable policy, and influencing decisions that balance human well-being with natural resource stewardship. We would like to ensure that the center is formally represented in the University’s Experts database to improve visibility, collaboration, and alignment with UMN’s research and outreach initiatives.
