Description
The TIRF imaging system achieves the best contrast and optimum resolution in x, y and z. It permits examinations of layer thicknesses of < 200 nm as well as examinations of processes at the cell membrane and in the cell-free space, in a very thin layer and in real time.
The system provides full environmental control and allows long term time lapse in epifluorescence, TIRF, phase contrast, and DIC.
