Asset Details
Description
The Nikon BioStation IM is a compact live cell incubator and imaging system that allows users to conduct live cell imaging without a steep learning curve. The BioStation IM facilitates long term time-lapse experiments, including studies of cell growth, morphology, and protein expression, by providing consistent environmental control of temperature, humidity and gas concentration in combination with phase and fluorescence imaging (blue and green excitation) of exceptional quality. Multiple positions and z-series can be collected at various magnifications from 20x to 80x (0.8na). Additional fluorescence filters sets for UV, CYP, YFP and CY5 are available, with any two possible in each experiment.
