This archive contains new atmospheric isoprene measurements from the CrIS satellite sensor using the ROCR retrieval algorithm. Data are archived in association with the manuscript below.
Description
This archive contains the following files, all in netcdf format: 2012to2020_CrIS_Isoprene.nc - This file contains global CrIS isoprene column densities for each month of the year, averaged from 2012-2020 (2013-2020 for January). These data are shown in Figure 5, 6, and 9 of the manuscript. 2012to2020_summer_Ozarks_Isoprene.nc - This file contains daily CrIS isoprene averaged over the Ozarks [35 to 39 latitude, -95 to -90 longitude] from June-September 2012-2020. These data are shown in Figure 8 of the manuscript. 2013_Acre_Isoprene.nc - This file contains daily CrIS isoprene averaged over the Brazilian state of Acre [-12 to -6 latitude, -73 to -66 longitude] for 2013. These data are shown in Figure 10 of the manuscript.
