Abstract
In a recent manuscript, zooplankton are shown to change their migratory behavior due to a change in stratification regime. This submission includes data and MATLAB scripts sufficient to recreate the four figures in the paper.
Description
There are four data files: Two CTD (Conductivity-temperature-depth) profiles; one file containing backscatter data from an acoustic Doppler current profiler; and one containing temperature data from nine precision thermistors. There are also four MATLAB scripts which call this data to create the figures in the referenced manuscript.
