Invasive eurasian watermilfoil data from Minnesota lake point-intercept surveys between 1995 and 2019

Dataset

Description

The datasets uploaded describes Eurasian watermilfoil distribution and abundance across the state of Minnesota. The data was used to developed multiple species distribution models and includes both surveyed and several selected unsurveyed lakes. Besides EWM invasion status and abundance information for all surveyed lakes, the data also provides a snapshot of various ecological lake-level covariates (such as water chemistry conditions, water temperature and surrounding land-use). The dataset formed the basis for all the analyses in the below cited paper.
