Description
Phenotypes in this dataset are generated by simulating quantitative blood lipid level phenotype using the method introduced in by (https://app.terra.bio/#workspaces/amp-t2d-op/2019_ASHG_Reproducible_GWAS-V2), and binarized to be suitable as a test case for GWAS methods.
