Description

To determine the transcriptional programs initiated by IFN-λ to delay tissue restitution, we isolated intestinal crypts from the small intestine of VilCREIfnlr1fl/fl mice or WT littermates that have been irradiated and performed targeted transcriptomics analysis WT mice and VilCREIfnlr1fl/fl mice received 11 Gy ionizing radiation, with lead shielding of the upper body. Targeted transcriptomics was performed on freshly isolated small intestinal crypts. Barcoded libraries were prepared using the Ion AmpliSeq Transcriptome Mouse Gene Expression Panel, Chef-Ready Kit (A36412; Thermo Scientific)
