Library Usage and Student Outcomes: Using Library Data to Improve the Student Experience

The University of Minnesota has been combining library usage data with demographic information to paint a picture of who is using what, draw correlations between library use and student success factors, and find new ways to steer students and faculty to the resources they need. After the presentation, a discussion will follow on how Consortium of MnPALS libraries can gather similar data and use it.
